Micah Frank is a Brooklyn based sound designer, composer and electronic music performer. Conjoining his sonic experimentation with precision drumming, he has performed internationally using a unique combination of percussion hardware controllers, synthesizers and Ableton Live.

In recent years Micah has acquired numerous credits on TV, film and animation soundtracks while consulting with music software pioneers such as Ableton and Native Instruments. He launched Puremagnetik in 2006 – a rich online resource for music and sound producers.

His work as a sound designer and live performer has been featured in Electronic Musician, Sound on Sound, XLR8R, Remix, Computer Music, Knowledge, Keys and other publications.
